Having a great team to work with helps being able to manage being away from your children and overall improves to attitude of work each day. The most enjoyable part about my job was the people I worked with. I was able to work with so many different types of people and getting to learn the customers and different businesses that were included within our town and state. The higher up managers such as the regional manager was not the best to work for. The management in the bank was best at the Leavenworth south location where I worked. I also learned how to work better or more efficient in a fast-paced work environment.
Working at the bank I learned great things like keeping information confidential, being able to count large sums of money, how to process personal, car, or mortgage loans. The typical day at the bank would be mainly processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checking daily balances on customer accounts, and upselling bank products such as upgrading account and giving the customers the best of what is to offer for them and the bank.
